„The Brilliance of Russian Painters“ exhibition from January 22 in Vrsac

Part of Vladimir Peshich’s Collection, which is exhibited in Vrsac, presents, among others, works by Stepan Fedorovich Kolesnikov and his enigmatic portrait of Princess Mafalda of Savoy; then 4 paintings by Nikolai Dmitrievich Kuznetsov, an artist who lived and worked in Vrsac, says the announcement.

VRSAC – The exhibition will be opened on Saturday, January 22 in the City Museum Vrsac, where it will stay opened until February 27, as the collector Vladimir Peshich explained today.

As announced, the exhibition, which for the first time presents to the Serbian audience works from Peshich’s private collection by Russian artists who, in the period between the two wars, mostly worked on the territory of Serbia, will be opened by museum advisor Nikola Kusovac. Representatives of the Russian Embassy have announced their presence.
